ENTOURAGE LIVERY and CELEBRITY LIMOUSINE

Celebrity Limousine Worldwide is network which consist of about 100 web pages. All staff, management and emplopyees are employed through Motor Coach Carrier, Entoruage Livery, Inc, located at the same address, 809 East Washington Street, North Attleboro, MA 02760. All local and federal authority on our vehicles, including USDOT and FMCSA Authority, are under the name Entourage Livery, Inc. All limousines and buses at this address are licensed, insured and registered to Entourage Livery, Inc. Therefore, all contracts for limousine transportation are sent to all clients under the name Entourage Livery, Inc.

DEFINITION
Entourage Livery, Inc and to be further referred to here-in as THE LIMO COMPANY.

BILL OF RIGHTS
We put together a Bill of Rights when things go wrong to help make things right. This Bill of Rights is not only for our customers, but also for our staff of chauffeurs, VIP Host and Management Team. If you have any suggestions for us, that should be added or amended to this Bill of Rights please call us. It is our staff and you, the customer, that have brought us to where we are today and allowed us the privilege to become one of New England’s hottest limousine services.

MY LIMOUSINE
The Limousine on my contract is the VEHICLE that I have either seen in person, online, by a text message photo or I am OK with not having seen my limousine.

REPLACING YOUR LIMOUSINE WTH ANOTHER ONE
I understand that the LIMO COMPANY has the right to replace my Limousine with another one if there is a last minute mechanical problem or emergency. I understand if I have ordered a large vehicle, the LIMO COMPANY has the right to replace my limousine with 1 or 2 vehicles. (Depending on the size of my group). Example: This means if I have ordered a large 50 passenger bus and there is an emergency, then our bus may need to be replaced with 2 smaller buses. Note from Management: This policy is not here on this site to offer you one vehicle and switch it to a cheaper one at the last minute. Sometime we transfer upwards of 1000 people a week and SAFETY is our #1 concern. Management will only change your vehicle is it is absolutely necessary to becuase the SAFETY of your group is in question.

MY DEPOSITS & CANCELATION POLICY
I understand that all sales are final, my deposits are non-refundable and NO REFUND will be given back to me before or after my job.

STATE OF EMERGENCY - CANCELATIONS
If a State-of-Emergency is in effect, (ex: Covid19) all reservations that need to be canceled will be given an exemption from our normal policies regarding cancelations. All deposits recieved will be issuded back to client in the form of a Gift Certificate for future use and the contract will be terminated with no penalties for canceling or rescheduling.

RESCHEDULING MY LIMO
I understand if I am rescheduling my limo due to a last minute STATE OF EMERGENCY I will be able to apply my deposits to a future date but I may not be allowed to reschedule to a Saturday or a Friday during Prom Season. The reason for this is the LIMO COMPANY is often sold out on Saturdays and most Friday Nights in Prom Season. I understand that an additional fee will apply if I need to reschdule to a Saturday night or a Friday in Prom Season.

THE TOTAL AMOUNT DUE
I understand that I am responsible for my TOTAL AMOUNT DUE if I cancel within 60 days of my reservation date.  If I am outside 60 days, I will recieve a Gift Certificate to use my deposits for a future date based upon availability.

MY SECURITY DEPOSIT
If I have put down a "security" deposit, I understand it will be given back to me after my job, as long as all terms of my contract have been met and my group has caused no damage or overtime charges. I understand that if I cancle my limousine reservation I will also lose my security deposit.

BALANCES DUE IN CASH
A 5% fee ($50 minimum) will apply to all reservations that are supposed to be paid in CASH for the FINAL PAYMENT but need to be paid by credit card.  We do NOT accept checks. We do not run credit cards after normal business hours of 9-5pm so please plan accordingly.

PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD
All credit card payments must be made 1-2 days in advance or a $100 fee may apply if we need to send an employee into our office specifically to run your credit card the day or night of your event.

OFF ROUTE AND ADDITIONAL ITINERARY
We determine our rates based upon the approximate mileage, gas needed and estimated wear and tear of the vehicles. Renting a limo for a certain number of hours does not mean that the client can drive anywhere they want. If a client needs to add additional itinerary to his/her reservation, they must contact the office and it needs to be added on the reservation. An additional fee will be charged for additional itinerary added that is not on the reservation.

DAMAGE, CLEANING AND FUMIGATION FEES
I understand that I personally am responsible for my group, if any damage is caused to the limousine intentionally or by accident. I understand if my limousine is returned in unsatisfactory condition I will be charged $25 - $300 for a cleaning fee. I understand that there is a $100 - $1500 cleaning fee for incidences of sickness. I understand there is a $150-$300 fumgation fee if anyone in my group is caught smoking. All vehicles are NON-SMOKING. I understand that if my group causes damage to my limousine I am responsible to pay for the damages within 48 hours or I will be responsble for down time fees plus collection fees (See below).

NO STANDING OR DANCING ON PARTY BUS SEATS
I understaand that standing, dancing or sitting on the tops of the seats of Party Buses is extremely dangerous and can be life threatening due to the fact that many of the windows can easily be opened as fire escape exits. Therefore, a $100 fine per person will apply if anyone in my group is caught standing on the seats or caught sitting on the tops of the backs of the seats. I also understand that my job may be immediately ended with no refund if my group is repeatedly found standing or seating on tops of the seats of our Party Buses.

OVER-CAPACITY
I understand that the LIMO SERVICE does not allow filling the limousines with more people that are legally allowed to be in it. I understand that if I am caught putting more people in my limousine that is allowed I may be charged $100 per person and will lose my security deposit and the job may be immediatly terminaited for not making SAFETY a concern.

COLLECTIONS
I authorize a $500.00 COLLECTION FEE plus all court cost, attorney fees and legal fees if there is any problem at all with the payment terms according to this contract.

100% SATISFACTION
I understand that sometimes errors happen and if I am not 100% SATISFIED the only form of compensation given back to me will be by gift certificate ONLY. We do not refund cash, check or credit card if satsfaction is not 100% unless in writing on your contract.

OVERTIME
I understand the LIMO COMPANY offers a grace period of 10 minutes on all overtime charges. Therefore, if I am using extra limo service, I will be responsible for the overtime charges starting on the 11th minute and I will continue to be charged in 30 minute intervals.

Example: If I go past a minimum of 11 minutes per my contract time, I will be charged for 30 minutes. If I go past a minimum of 41 minutes per my contract time I will be charged for a fulll hour.

If my vehicle is re-booked for another job and overtime is no longer allowed then I understand I will be responsible to make alternate arrangements for my group. (Ex: Uber Lyft Taxi etc...)

I understand that if I think I may need EXTRA hours the proper time to reserve these EXTRA HOURS is in advance when the limousine is not rebooked for another client. The Limo Company only makes its revenue on booking the limousines, therefore, I understand overtime is 100% based upon availability. No exceptions.

OUR CHAUFFEURS
Our chauffeurs are not magicians, musicians, comedians or entertainers.  Our chauffeurs have been licensed by the USDOT and are responsible for YOUR SAFETY before LOCAL and FEDERAL authorities to maintain hundreds of rules and regulations, so please take this into consideration when holding them to YOUR expectations.

UNDER 18 YEARS OLD
I understand that absolutely NO OPEN ALCOHOL is allowed if one person is under 18 years old in my group or my reservation will be canceled immediately and NO REFUND or DISCOUNT will be given to me.

UNDER 21
I understand that no alcohol will be served to or in possession of anyone under the age of 21 or my job will be terminated with no refund. I understand if anyone under 21 is intoxicated on our vehicle I will personally be responsible for any personal, physical, bodily or vehicle damages that may arise to the limousine company or anyone else.

LAST MINUTE CHANGES
I understand that ANY last-minute change within 48 hours of my reservation, the LIMO COMPANY will do their best to accommodate the change but we will NOT be responsible for any errors due to the breaking of your contract and your last-minute change. - No exceptions. The reason for this is LAST MNUTE changes do not give enough time for the office to properly manage our drivers with your request. Last minute changes also do not allow the chauffeur to offer professional service. Often, transporting passengers safely takes a specific amount of time for planning and proper management on all levels. Ex; Cleaning crew is affacted by a vehicle change. Dispatch crew cannot properly manage multiple jobs taking place back to back when you keep changing your contracted time. The driver cannot properly plan out his route in a 6 wheel 40 foot escalade when u keep changing your itinerary. Jobs get texted, emailed and verbaly dispatched and each time you change your reservation sometimes one of our departments is not up to date with your latest change. So again, we will do our best to accomodate your last minute change but we will not be responsible if an error occurs because you broke your "original" contract and made a last minute change.

SPECIAL REQUEST
We take your SAFETY very serious.  We do not provide ice, water, soda, snacks, candy, cartoons for the kids, flowers or any other fun little item that can make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.  We ask that if you want SPECIAL REQUEST, have your friends provide them. We are high volume limousine and bus transportation company responsible for the SAFETY of your group, which is a very, very BIG responsibility. Please understand our role in your special event.

TIMELINESS
THE LIMO COMPANY warrants to be ON TIME or we will take the amount of time we are late and add it to the end of your reservation.   If our limousine being late has effected your event, you may be entitled to a Gift Certificate unless a WEATHER ADVISORY is in effect or an ACT of Nature causes the limo to be late. Please allow a small window when sheduling a time for the limo to depart its pick up location and arrive its destination. If you have a very important event and you need to guarnatee an arrival time, take into consideration rush hour traffic and the fact that just one small accident on the highway can and will causew your limo to be late if the highway is just not moving at all. Some reasons for being late are beyond our control. We have been providing on time trasnportation since 1999 and do our very best to show up 15 minutes early to every job.

GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES
No GUARANTEES or a WARRANTIES will be honored unless in writing ON THIS CONTRACT so management can approve of it first and make sure that it is performed.

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS
The LIMO COMPANY will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items in our Limousines. We recommend that all personal items be removed from the vehicle when unattended.

A/C
Entourage Livery offers hihg tech-equipped vehicles and all our A/C's produce cool air. Sometimes though, during a heat wave, temperatures can exceed over 90 degrees. In a stretch limousine or paryt bus, keeping just one door open for 2 minutes can empty the cold air that has been produced in the vehicle over a 2 hour period and it can be gone right away. Please also remember that filling a limousine on a 90 degree day with 20-40 humans produces ALOT of body heat, which does have an effect on the inside temperature of the limousine. Our high tech equipment also produces heat and all this excess heat in the air can have a major effect on the frion producing the cold air molecules coming out of the A/C vents. Hand heat waves may cause our A/C's to perform at lower levels. We encourage people, before they book one of our limos, to come see our quality and feel our cold A/C's. We focus weekly during the summer months to fill the frion in all our vehicles to ensure the coldest air possible. However, on days over 90 degrees we just cannot warranty that the vehcile will have ice cold air. Especially, due to peoples "opinions" on what COLD A/C really means, we DO NOT warrant our vehicles to be ICE COLD.  If you don’t agree with this DO NOT sign this contract.

As always, we offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed on every job. If for any reason you are not 100% happy we will always offer you a gift certificate for a future rental.

UNRULY OR INTOXICATED PASSENGRS
I understand that if anyone in my group becomes unruly, intoxicated or is not drinking responsible, he/she will be asked to seek alternative transportation. THE LIMO COMPANY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INTOXCATED PASSENGERS.

RED CARPET CHAMPAGNE WEDDING PACKAGES
Some of our Weddings come with complimenary red carpet and a cahmpagne toast. Sometimes on a busy day, due to our high volume of reservations, your driver may not be able to bring you on of our red carpets and/or a bottle of champagne with 2 glasses to perform this toast. This could easily happen from a last minute change where we pull in a different driver for your job or a vehicle swap was done beyond our control. Therefore if we promise you red carpet and/or champagne and are unable to perform this, the client will recieve a $100 gift certificate for future rental.

MUSIC
All our vehicles come with stereos that play FM and/or AM radio and are blutoothe compatable. On occasion we have noticed that some areas of low signal may not get in good reception to play AM/FM radio. 95% of the time the bluetooth still works though. We have noticed that sometimes 5% of cell phones dont always connect to our blutooth. For your convenience, we always have someone from our I.T.Team that can assist you connecting your phone. 99% of the time, if a phone cannnot connect to the blutooth, the memory on the radio is just full and needs to be cleared. If you and your driver are unable to do this, please call our office at 508-LIMOUSINE and we can guide you. It is also the responsibility of the client to bring his/her own audio jacks to connect cell phones to the radio. If in the event you are not able to listen to music during your trip because our radio is broken, and you have tried to solve this problem by calling our office, a Gift Certificate will be given to you for $150.00

CHAUFFEUR GRATUITY
To protect our drivers, a base gratuity is included on every reservation UNLESS otherwise noted on your reservation.  If you feel your driver’s performances are SUPERIOR please tip accordingly.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY
Entourage Livery, Inc. is a very large motor carrier with FMCSA authority and USDOT authority in all 50 states of America.  Our duty and responsibility to our authorities and YOU is to provide "SAFE" local and interstate transportation.  We provide fun toys in our limousines like TVs, DVD players, fog machines, strobe lights and all sorts of fun audio and video, however, our responsibility is NOT TO ENTERTAIN but to provide SAFE TRANSPORTATION to thousands (literally) of clients on a weekly basis.

CONSENT & RELEASE
I agree to release and hold harmless Entourage Livery, if anyone in my group causes any damages or loss during or after my job, due to the consumption of alcohol or drugs.  I understand that I am not hiring entourage Livery to supervise, babysit or protect my group.  I am only hiring them for my SAFE TRANSPORTATION inside their limo.
